Stevi Renee was born in June 2018 with a rare and incurable critical congenital heart defect called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. However, her parents still know everything about her is a miracle.

She has faced many challenges on her journey thus far, including four open heart surgeries, two supraglatoplasties, gtube placement, diaphragm plication, three strokes, lymphatic intervention, and permanent pacemaker placement.

Currently, Stevi is inpatient following her fourth open heart surgery, where she was rushed halfway across the country from one children’s hospital to another via jet.

Stevi and her family hope to return to their home in the midwest soon to resume their routine. Her mom says, “She is the youngest child and adores her big brother, Gabe. She is sweet, sassy, intelligent, and hilarious. With a smile that lights up the darkest of days, she brings so much joy to anyone who has the opportunity to get to know her.”
